Foundation Programme applications now open

The Foundation Programme allows families to raise their future autism assistance dog at home, with ongoing support from our training and welfare team.

This programme is designed for families who are ready to begin building a bond with their future autism assistance dog from an early stage, while being guided by Autism Dogs Charity throughout the process.

Important information

This programme is not for training dogs or puppies you already own.

Autism Dogs Charity will carefully source and deliver a health-tested, Kennel Club registered puppy as part of the programme.

Client contribution

Total client contribution: £14,990

• £4,000 on enrolment
• £10,990 on puppy delivery

Applications are currently open to families in the following areas only:

Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Wiltshire and the Cotswolds

Application response time

Spaces are limited. As a small team, we aim to review applications and respond within 7–14 days.
