Applications for Residential Assistance Dog Programme open

We are delighted to announce 🎉 that our waiting list has reopened for enrolments onto our Residential Assistance Dog Programme! In this programme, we provide fully-trained Assistance Dogs 🐕🦺 for autistic children and adults, and educate the handler and their family with training on how to care for, work with, and handle the dog.

Each of our Autism Assistance Dogs is trained with a very special set of skills 🌟, providing emotional and practical assistance to mitigate the challenges their handlers face. The skills that our dogs are trained in are tailored to each handler's individual challenges and needs 🍃, and depend on what the handler hopes to achieve with the help of their Assistance Dog.

Information packs 📚 will be sent out during the time the waiting list reopens for applications (between Friday 29th March 2024 and Friday 19th April 2024). Any applications received after Friday 19th April will not be considered by our panel at this time.
